  • 29, married to the most wonderful woman in the world.

Have two children; one, our beloved daughter, passed away in early 2011 at age 5, and our other is a boy and is 2.5 years old at late 2011.

I love my family, children and everything about life. I am grateful for everything: the flavor of every meal, the whiff of any smell and the taste of any beer!

I owned an IT consulting company for 8 years; recently sold the tangible and intangible assets to take a CIO position at one of our largest clients.

We raise free-range children, with loving discipline, eat organic, vegetarian, are not liberal (though not conservative... more classical liberal aka libertarian), own a lot of guns, grow our own tobacco, brew our own beer, watch a lot of football (my wife being the biggest Packer fan that I have ever known), love to dance all styles, etc. etc. etc. Have not owned a TV for over a decade, love to study and research and enjoy life to the fullest without being a douche, whore nor ig

Nevermind... it's working; the aerator is just "weak" as I though it would be bubbling the wort
in the primary, and not sorta kinda micro-bubbling a one-inch radius.

So I got my aerator this week, and am using it now at 1:30am in the primary, and it seems to be
doing nothing. If I take the end of the tubing off where it connects to the filter, I get air

Personally, I wouldn't go extract and all-grain 1:1; I'd start with extract, or at the most
partial-mash, to dial in your process and get familiar. With all-grain, you will not have the
    benefit of mak...

Well, it's the pooping log... delivers candy as long as you beat the log and sing songs...
seems to play well into a red ale.
