I decanted my starter last night, just pulled out the yeast slurry to find it was almost
frozen. Decanted I was at 1200ml. So I just added 500ml of fresh starter, make sure I have some
viable yeast go...

What volume Was the system?There are combi tuns in the market. It's a 20bbl system I believe.
They'll do 3 batches in a single brew session to fill a 60bbl fermenter. So they couldn't use
the the boil...

I wouldn't worry too much. No way to guarantee they're good, but I'd be less worried about
sulfur than acetic. I've had some great beers go through a rotten egg phase. Best of luck!I was
