  I like both, but I think BRY-97 drops faster.This stuff clears faster than a bad wedding!I 100%
  agree with this I have never had S-05 get as crystal clear as BRY-97....drops much faster

  I just carbed up a centennial blonde ale with this yeast and I am very impressed, it is cleaner
  than nottingham and S-05..... definitely not chico, I'd call it closer to
  pacman.....flocculation is exc...
