I make a dessert wine from frozen, every female that has tried it has loved it, about 1/2 the
males have liked it and is way to sweet for me. I like dry reds, my wife hates reds, but loves
    the dessert...

Both strawberry recipes I know of say to let it sit for a year before real tasting. Every batch

I use a paper towel secured with a rubber band. I'm high tech.

I soak in 1 step for an hour or so and they go in pretty easy with a double arm corker. No idea
what they're actually called. Then let them sit upright for a day or so and after that they're
    gtg.

  • Posted in thread: Raketenkraftstoff ummm, wein. on 12-13-2010 at 06:36 AM
If you put 'rocket fuel' into babelfish and convert it to german you get Raketenkraftstoff. So
I made some Raketenkraftstoffwein. I don't know if I can fit that on a label. So I started with
    the usual ...

It tastes better sweetened, brings back some of the natural flavors. I've got a bunch that I
didn't do anything with besides bottle and as a wine it was pretty unimpressive. I started
    putting it over ...
