Has anyone tried cloning Belhaven Wee Heavy? I've looked online, but recipes are all over the

Nothing as of this morning (36 hours). Is it possible the cider despite specifically asking for
untreated was potassium sorbated? This stuff was a lot of money, so I hope not.
