  • Began extract brewing in April, 2011. Made two brews, did one as a partial mash then started all grain brewing.
  • Recently brewed a PM IPA and RIS but had problems with both. Plan to learn by doing and brew both again, correcting errors and adjusting recipe to get the beer I want.
  • Chocolate Stout, German Light, IPA and RIS.

    I typically keep the finished beer at 38 F for a week before bottling but didn't this time. Now
