Home Brewing Biography: Began extract brewing in April, 2011. Made Chocolate Stout and German Light. Both OK but not great. Just started PM. May move into AG next batch.
Future Brews: Recently brewed a PM IPA and RIS but had problems with both. Plan to learn by doing and brew both again, correcting errors and adjusting recipe to get the beer I want.

That's the size I use. Have two of them set up with STC-1000 controllers, $20 on Amazon. If it

I would think the Lowe's or HD seal on the lid would not be air tight enough to ferment beer
