  • I was always interested in learning how to home brew. After playing with a Mr. Beer kit for a while I ended up learning all grain brewing from a friend that used to live nearby. After investing in all of my components piece by piece I have begun my journey in the home-brew addiction.

    As a brand new kegger myself I just went with what everyone I knew did. They all seemed to do
    ball lock, I just figured they knew more than me and did that... hahaso far no problems, some

    Actually, yes, that's what I'm thinking. What temperature did you mash at? If you mashed at,
    say, 155F, I'd say the beer is done.yup, I think thats right where I was.Interesting to see
    this in action,...

    Hey guys I use ibrewmaster 2 to brew and my pre boil gravity was 1.054, my gravity after boil
