Thanks for the response...my thoughts are that given the gravity had held constant for a few
days, it might be a while to finish attenuating since it appears fermentation is slowing down,
    in which cas...

Thanks for that tip. I really like the zesting+Vodka method you mention. I've always done
fresh/frozen in a secondary, but for oranges this seems like a good method. I assume you've
    done this method b...

flameout (or maybe 5m). Will that work? Couldn't find much in a search. I was also going to add

LOL. I cross only once a month but know what you mean. I don't 'really' want to jeopardize my

HAHA. Good one, but I have nexus, I don't want to jeopardize having to wait in long lines at
the standard border lanes for all my futures trips back.

Yeah, I meant to say I would declare it. it's the proof of 'what you declare is what it is'
that I'm concerned about. Clear packaging with just pellet hops and no labels would seem like a
    recipe for l...

That's what I was thinking. What about if they hops are not commercially packaged and just in
clear bags. I wouldn't have a way to properly declare or prove what they are.

Hi,I don't know what is the appropriate forum for this, but I have about 4lb of hops that I was
thinking I would bring to the US with me when I go next. They aren't for selling, they are
    simple to don...
