    the problem I see with just waiting for it to fill the fermentor is that there's more risk of
    infection.I wouldn't worry about that. But yea, if you can... raise the pot.

    CHEEP I should follow that upI use them all over my rig. Beats turning 2+ valves when I want
    to direct flow around.I use Type-L ones. Less chance of human error. Type-T would be great for
    CIP though....
