I did this tonight in fact, but it only just started to burn. I mixed real well and turn ed the
heat down. I think its ok, we will see in a few weeks.

So. I have all this left over beer stuff and it will go bad soon, so I decide to grab all my

56 is a little cold, but also depends on the yeast and other factors.If its next to the heater
you should be fine, just make sure its not to hot.

Bubbles are not a reliable indicator of fermentation, be patient its fine.If you are really
worried, take a sample and do a SG test this is the only way to see if fermentation is going

So yea, fermentation is between 64-68.Package is fresh Nov 2013.The local store is always
swamped good product turnover.
