Bottled my small batch this Tuesday after more than two months in the fermenter. Had a bottle a

Damn, I was going to make this tomorrow but my starter (made from the sediments from a bottle)
hasn't grown enough and the LHBS is closed. Might have to postpone it a few days.

I think their beer is pretty good. So far I've had Winter Lager, Boston Lager, Boston Ale,
