  • Made wine and mead for years and then an old high school friend showed me how to brew beer all grain style. Hooked immediately. My initial setup included a 15.5 gallon keggle, mash tun and two 5 gallons kettles. Have now scaled back to a mash tun and a 9 gallon kettle. Desperately trying to learn how to do this correctly

    Yes I know I need a bag. So you are saying to put the steamer basket in the kettle full of
    water and boil that for at least 30 minutes. Do I have to do this each time?
