  • Made wine and mead for years and then an old high school friend showed me how to brew beer all grain style. Hooked immediately. My initial setup included a 15.5 gallon keggle, mash tun and two 5 gallons kettles. Have now scaled back to a mash tun and a 9 gallon kettle. Desperately trying to learn how to do this correctly

    Will cold crashing for more than a few days make any bad results? WHat if I cold crash for two

    So I think I am going to make this in a half batch. I am going to bottle this. So do I ferment
    at 65 for 1 week, drop down to 60 for 2 weeks then bottle and then set at 39 for a few months?

    Hi all. My CO2 ran out while still connected to the keg. Obviously getting it re-filled but my
    question is once I do get it re-filled will I have to start the carb process over again?
