I made this a few months ago now and just cracked open my first bottle. Absolutely delicious.

It will be a Smuttynose Baltic Porter and no clue what yeast yet. I know it has to be under 70.
Should I set the freezer at say 60-65 or less?

Keep in mind the recipe did call for an ale yeast, no a lager yeast. Will that have any effect
or make any difference?
