  • started with kits brought from the u.k. in 2006 then to all grain 18 months ago .rnI couldnt find a decent beer in Brazil .rnOrfy's Boddingtons, a winner everytime .rnImperial and dry stouts , IPA's and bitters in general. rnI use aluminium pans for mashing, fly sparge and ferment in a cooler box, I finally got a second fridge to become my kegerator with three beers on tap, usually a stout a bitter and a mild or barley wine .rnrnMy 100th brew is just around the corner now and gladly the angst and worry of failed brews\contamination etc. are something of the past,though by no means I know it all.rnsession beers have become my staple nowadys easy to make \drink\ tweak and so on .
  • One day I would like yet another refrigerator to be able to use as a fermentation chamber with a controler naturally then experiment with lagers .rnrnRiggging up a hand pump with a real ale keg set up (dream)
