NB's Caribou Slobber is a really nice brown ale.I have made the extract version twice, and the
AG version once.NB's nut brown ale is also pretty good, if you like brown ales.

It is sticking right at 67-68, it has quieted down again but active.The smell is what you would
expect, bananas and bread dough. Perhaps this yeast just likes it to be more towards 70 degrees
