I might make this and ferment it out with a belgian yeast, see what goes down. Let me know how
that turns out, I've never used a belgian yeast so I'm interested in hearing how it turns out.

What did the grape juice concentrate come from? I haven't dabbled with grapes yet, besides what
are off my vine. As long as you used proper sanitary practices and such you should be safe.
