    Take a hydrometer reading then wait a few days and then take another . If your readings are the
    same secondary or bottle which ever you prefer. Cheers!

    I use rice hulls on every brew I do, I figure its cheap insurance. I usually use 1/4 lb on
    light grain bill And a 1/2lb for a mid to heavy grain bill.

    Thanks for the help! I just figured it was bottle conditioned becausee of the 1/4 in thick
    layer of yeast on the bottom of the bottle :cross:

    I thought that they used a different yeast just to bottle condition. I was hoping to score some
