I'd just condition some of that brew in a growler. They last up to a few days, and he can drink
it in 16 hours. Mathematically, he's getting a fresh brew. Sent from my iPhone using Home Brew

Not brewing, but bottling up a Belgian brew, a California common, and taking an IPA to the
secondary for a little dry hop :-) no brewing but busy nonetheless.

If it smells a bit too hoppy just age it a tad longer. The aromatic side of hops tends to
dissolve over time. The flavor is more what you should pay attention to. That sticks more.

I've used 2 sticks of cinnamon in a 5 gal batch, but that was in the secondary. It was a
cinnamon espresso stout. I actually had brewed the coffee separate and used 1tsp of ground
    cinnamon in the coff...

the carboy? In a keg?I've always been a fan of hops straight into the carboy. Primarily because
    I don't wan...
