I used Safale US-05, didn't hydrate it, sprinkled it right in, it was bubbling through my

idea that the first batch of 185 degree water had raised the temp to (or near) 170?

Hi,I recently upgraded to kegging, love the ease. When I got my equipment (from morebeer), I
hooked everything up and had beer ready to go, so kegged and carbed it right away. The very
