    Im not sure which way to go. I'm struggling to hit 5.5 gallons with the calcs. I'm thinking
    I'll wing it a bit with the existing grain bill and dilute to 6.5 gallons of needed.?

    I switched this to 5g batch and got Sg 1.071 and 48 IBU and 7.5 % ABV.when I put it in at 2.5 i
    got 1.142 and 59 ibu with 15% abv!I like a strong beer and all but I think im going the 5
    Gallon route.
