Im not sure which way to go. I'm struggling to hit 5.5 gallons with the calcs. I'm thinking
I'll wing it a bit with the existing grain bill and dilute to 6.5 gallons of needed.?

OK guys been a while since I posted. Stepping up my all grain game. Im looking to create a
parti-gyle recipe. Plan is for a split of Helles followed by Kolsch. Hoping for SG 1.066 on
Helles and 1.048 ...

I switched this to 5g batch and got Sg 1.071 and 48 IBU and 7.5 % ABV.when I put it in at 2.5 i
