  • I received a coopers brew kit as a birthday presenat and have never looked back. Current brew all grain, mostly IPA's but do move around. I keg only and use a converted ref.
  • My wish list is to try a wood cask brew.

    I did preheat my cooler and my strike water started at 165 degrees. Not sure if it's the cool

    I don't worry to much, Even bad homebrew is still better then store bought.It was an all grain
