    Here is my dilemma. At the end of my wort transfer while batch sparging, i realized my 8gal pot
    was going to be too small my 7.25 gal of wort. So....I transferred the wort to my BIAB pot

    Looks normal to me, all I see are yeast rafts and co2 bottlessweet....didn't know the yeast
    floated and clumped like that. thanks Matt! Now lets see if the batch i started yesterday
    starts to ferment....

    im a new brewer too, but i take hydrometer readings. I have found that 2.5 to 3 weeks in the
    fermenter is best. At least 2 weeks no more than 3. Longer than 3 starts to produce tannins
    (off flavors).
