I have wanted to start home brewing for over a year now, and this past spring my lovely wife bought me my first kit. I made my first batch (American Wheat-extract) and to my critic's surprise it didn't kill any of them. I was bit by the homebrew bug and it has started to consume my life. Do to work restraints I have only been able to make two batches, but I have a long list of what I would like to make in the future. Even though I am only two batches in, I really want to make a gradual transition to all-grain. Looking forward to really getting to experiment and try new things to make my beer unique.
Nothing yet, but hopefully this fall a lot will be.
