Thanks guys,I'm going to grab a sample and run it through a lab. It seems to me that this water

Hey CatHead, good luck tomorrow with your first brew. Concerning the Hops, I toss them right
into the boil (no bag). When pouring from the boil pot I have the wort pass through a strainer.
