    Awesome info!! Thanks for all the suggestions. MO is a couple years old, stored inside not
    crushed, sealed but not 100% airtight. Crushed all grains the day before brewing, kept airtight
    till brewing....

    I have been using DeathBrewer's Easy Partial Mash directions, and my grains max out around 8
    lbs. I can always get more DME, thats just what was left from the last couple batchesSMASH
