I'm not really sure how you would go about getting a good seal if you're naturally carbonating
in a keg. I force carb after kegging and will hit the keg with about 30psi to get the lid to
seal tight. ...

We have probably brewed 50+ pale ales and ipa's with 1968. So to reiterate the above
suggestions.- pitch plenty of healthy yeast- ferment low to prevent unwanted esters (I like

Crash cooling your beer for 2 or 3 days down to around 32-35 degrees will do wonders to settle

Also pleased with our Barley Crusher. It's probably seen 1,000 pounds of grain and no problems
yet. We use an 18V Dewalt drill but always on low speed.
