the colors in this IPA. This was taken a week ago Sunday, and we got 10" of snow starting

Maybe, but probably not to an extent you'd notice. Aerate before you pitch if you're concerned

I have a 52qt and I think it's a perfect balance between being able to do big 5 gallon batches,

18-24 hours is what I usually do, but if it's a modest beer or I'm starting with a pretty fresh
