    You can just pour cold water over your grain bag and top up to your boil volume. The idea is to
    just wash the grains at this point. I guess you could call it sparging,

    Depending on how your sparging these grains or at what temp you could be extracting harsh
    tanins that will give a very bitter taste in some instances. Just a thought.

    yup standard ferment. holding at 67 degrees. gonna give it at least 2 weeks in the primary and

    Its pretty gnarly. I have never seen anything like this. I am using WLP099 high gravity.
