OG was fine. I like the idea of doing a secondary mash to make a session ale. We brewed a
porter so I think it would have made a nice brown ale.

Is it bad when doing an all grain brew we had too much water in the mash tun and only had to
sparge with one half gallon water?

The 3 weeks at 70 degrees, that we recommend is the minimum time it takes for average gravity

Ok that makes sense. It's been sitting for 2 weeks and probably only at a temp of about 65-68
degrees. I'll let it go 2 more weeks and try it again.
