- I'm 33 years old. I have a wonderful wife and two great children. I'm an electrician who currently specializes in Home theater installation. I love camping in the summer, watching plenty of sports in the winter, and brewing year around.

- I began home brewing because it satisfies my passion for quality beer and exercises my creativity. I am currently an extract brewer and enjoy it thoroughly, but I inevitably will advance to all grain when time, money, and experience allow.

Good point BBL. I thought about going the DIY route but the combination of laziness and a

Not sure what a brewhouse stout or a bladder bag is but I like S-04 for stouts. Easy to handle

Fermentation was strong but sputtered out at 68% attenuation, even after a month in primary.
It's gonna be a bit on the sweet side but should be drinkable. We'll see about the flavor
profile of this y...
