Started in 2003 after my wife purchased a Brewers Best English Pale Ale kit and a set-up. I have brewed Pale Ales, Kolsch, Oatmeal Stout, Brown Ales, Belgian Diablo, Belgian Wit's, and made Hard Ciders
Interested in brewing IPA, Doppelbock, Dunkelweisen, Coffee Stout.

I used Nottingham to ferment an American wheat. Once I keg the beer, could I put a pale ale in
the carboy on top of the yeast? I know it is possible. I am just worried about off tastes

We had our second child 3 years ago. With growing a business and 2 young children, I took a
break from brewing. I did my first batch in 3 years tonight. It is an American Wheat.

Thanks guys. He is not a homebrewer. He just has this kit from Beverage Factory. I connects to
the outside of a fridge. Money is not an issue for him at all. He might be better off to send

Reading previous posts, it seems that if the fridge has a freezer, it may not easily be

Red Salamander in Grand Ledge or Things beer in Webberville. Things beer has a better

You can if you want, it will take more to get the water to the right temp though. I usually
soak them in a 3 gallon gott cooler for an hour and get my equipment set up then to brew
