notes- mine has a medium body with an almost perfect balance of hops and sweetness leaning

Split it in half, do two mashes, do two boils, combine in Fermentor, easy.

split it in two even if it's roughly in two, brew two batches, combine them in your fermentor,
pitch your yeast

I used one of those 5 gal cylinder type ones a friend had before and worked great also, but can
get tricky with larger grain bills, if you do use one of those you can just mash with the grain
