  • I started brewing in 1994. Pioneer of Late Addition Brewing with small boils...rnrnWinner of the 1997 Land of Muddy Waters Homebrew (MUGZ Members Only) Contest. My HW received Best of Show (beating out about 100 entries) and Best of Style. I got to brew 250 gallons at the Blue Cat Brew Pub in Rock Island, IL.

    One thing I've noticed is that you will get inaccurate readings if you don't wash the old
