  • Homebrewer for about 9 months. Favortie styles are Belgian Ales, English and European Ales, and American IPAs
  • Wife bought me a kit several years back and it was a complete disaster because I let the yeast go bad. Got some expertise from a great Belgian brewer in the area and love the challenge of making this style.
  • Two Hearted Clone, Founders Breakfast stout clone, Dogfish 90 minute IPA, Strong Belgian Golden ale or Tripel, and fix my Hefe that turned out so so last go around.
