Most likely everything is ok just let it sit for 3-4 weeks. I would recommend a starter for all
beers you brew. This way you ensure yeast health, proper cell count, and usually quicker

C120 will mask the Galaxy hop character, especially in that amount you're using. I would

Don't sweat it. Single stage fermentation is all you need. 3-4 weeks with some decent temp
control will be all you need. Some people rack to a secondary but its not always necessary.
