    I usually get good aroma from 3oz. I had a co2 leak in the keg so maybe that has something to
    do with it.

    I will second (or third?) Simcoe, Amarillo, and Centennial. Any of the "C" hops will work well
    with it. Though I don't know that I would do an all Columbus and Chinook beer. Might get a
    little aggress...

    My latest version of this has zero aroma. I must have done something wrong. I think the flavor

    Kegged mine the other day and the flat, warm, not yet dryhopped sample tasted promising.

    Keg it, get it cold, then use the gelatin. It will definitely clear it in seven days. And you
    can carbonate at the same time. That's how I do it.
