Ok. I'll knock the bittering hops in half to get it closer to 20 IBUs. Going to brew Thursday.

If you're batch sparging, I'd suggest dropping the mash out and just adding that volume to the
sparge water. Do two equal batch sparges, and no mashout, after the mash.I almost always mash
