I like Red Star Champagne yeast the best- it's neutral and doesn't leave a yeasty flavor

We tried SAFALE US-05 Dry Ale Yeast on our last batch of herbal sodas.1/2 tsp. yeast and 2 C.
sugar-per-gallon of sodabrew.We liked it better than RedStar Champagne yeast and a LOT better

I'm no expert but ... you might try LESS bakers yeast or better yet use ale yeast or champagne
yeast. We got champagne yeast at a beerbrew supply store in Prescott.1/2 tsp. yeast per gallon
of 110 deg...
