    How do you leave residual sugar if you are using yeasts which ferment to 10% (sometimes upwards

    We tried SAFALE US-05 Dry Ale Yeast on our last batch of herbal sodas.1/2 tsp. yeast and 2 C.

    I'm no expert but ... you might try LESS bakers yeast or better yet use ale yeast or champagne
    yeast. We got champagne yeast at a beerbrew supply store in Prescott.1/2 tsp. yeast per gallon
    of 110 deg...
