  • I started brewing because I love great beer, and always will! This is a hobby that I started in the Spring of 2011, and now it has become an obsession. Extract brewing was a great way to learn the process, but now after a few months and about 3 or 4 batches, I am on to all-grain. I figured this would become a life-long hobby, so I might as well go all in. In the summer of 2011, I purchase the Blichmann Top Tier and love it! I am proud of my set-up, and always looking for ways to improve it. I strictly keg at the moment, and have 2 taps in my basement bar.

Great suggestions!I am not sure of the maltster as it is not in the bag anymore. It did come

Does anyone have a good recipe suggestion that uses mostly Munich malt? I've got a 50lb bag
just collecting dust at the moment.
