  • Started brewing extract 2.5 years ago, then switched to partial mash. Started all grain 6 months ago and haven't looked back. I have a 3 tiered gravity system made from stacking stuff in my garage, a full sized fridge kegerator, keggle etc etc all DIY projects done at home.

    What was your OG and FG? also what temp did you ferment at?
