I've brewed several batches of Apfelwein. For low cost and simplicity it's hard to beat. It is
an acquired taste though and I wanted to try a cider which might have more immediate and

I want to bottle my next batch of Apfelwein in 750 ml plastic bottles with screw on caps to use

Late plantings of Cascade, Willamette, and EKG.Cascades is 6 ft and has a few burrs. Willamette

What type of yeast, liquid or dry, what supplier? Did you make a starter?It was Nottingham dry
yeast mixed in warm water 15 minutes prior to pitching.
