    Another vote for sterling/willamette for finishing - I make a lot of ambers and always keep
    those in my freezer.

    Can't give you any specific advice for that crazy brew, but I can tell you about the first time
    I did a strong IPA (~11% ABV). I tasted a hydro sample and thought it was ruined - tasted like
    bad stale...
