I know its not that far off, but the sample I tasted was pretty sweet. Maybe the carbonation

But to your carbonation method, this could definitely work. I am just not comfortable with my
used cornies at 50 PSI. Just a fear of mine (Although nothing wrong with it).Aren't cornies
