.....There is no proven NEED to do a mashout w/ BIAB, just my opinion. I like to do FULL volume
BIAB, no strainer baskets, no cake racks, nothin! The only things you NEED in the pot is a bag

This is an age old SP issue that many fall to. Everyone just needs to follow directions and use

I'd suggest you rack off a half-gallon or so, and use that to make a starter (see the skeeter

Use the bottling bucket to store your gear in, and use your siphon and bottling wand to bottle
