Just bottled this. I did change the orginial recipe a bit with some american wheat yeast...all
the store had at the time.Here's to hoping for a tasty brew. :tank:

Only been able to brew a few from the HBT recipe base, all aside from one (brewer error on my

Used a pack of the "bad" yeast last week, working in less than 12 hours.Don't believe all the

I believe the consensus is to use ~1 oz. of oak chips for 4-6 weeks...As for cinnamon; use
