    Just bottled this. I did change the orginial recipe a bit with some american wheat yeast...all
    the store had at the time.Here's to hoping for a tasty brew. :tank:

    Used a pack of the "bad" yeast last week, working in less than 12 hours.Don't believe all the

    Wow, using the white honey for a batch would cost around $384 (if my gorilla math is correct)
