I have found that a Korean beer like Hite, Cass or even the old stand-by OB goes great with
this type of meal. Then again Soju or makkuli (if you can find it) goes even better.Your

I agree 100% with wcrooker, additonally there are so many variables (type of yeast, ferm temps,

I use pellet hops with no bag and have had no issues with hop derbris. This is just my
technique. Use the search function and you will find a whole slew of posts on methods to dry
hop in the primary.
