Ok this has never happened before. I've had this honey ale in a keg fully carbonated, and when
I just recently raised the temp of my keezer to 65 degrees from 38 degrees the keg it's self

I used the zest and one day decided to use the whole peel. It's easier to pick out. Didn't
affect the flavor at all. Besides you need to use a lot of oranges to get enough zest to get

I have, brewed up the white house honey ale. 14 days @ 65* primary. 14 days @ 65* secondary. 14
days to force carb in a keg, not bad at all. still very young so its been 7 days after the

I have a spare dorm fridge and a spare freezer. The dorm fridge is too small for a 5gal
fermenter though. Would a freezer work if it had a temp controller on it like a fridge?The dorm

That has been an issue here in the islands. I know people brew (there is a local brew club),
but I don't think many. When I was in OR a simple search for "brew" in CL yielded quite a few
results. Here...
