well I did a simple caramel as well pics here, and man does honey foam when boiled wow!

Haha on the cucumber kool-aidI recently tired this:4 cucumbers sliced in spears like pickles,
juice of one lemon and 1/2 gallon of spring water, left it over night and going to pitch yeast

so maybe a faster racking if the cucumbers didnt last? Or off setting with added nutrient with
cucumber water? (still looking if this can be purchased).What about fruit with the cucumber?

Orange blossom, prob would help but if ur racking on it as well for the up front taste, Idk. I
have been reading about adding flavor in the secondary as well, I hope for updates!.

I imagine the stove top method is kinda like canning? Since u add in things after the boil this
pasteurized the final batch?
